Vision: To reach out to people and fulfill the vision for community and making disciples through a real commitment to evangelism and healthy growth.
Mission: To serve people in love and hospitality; provide leadership training, reproducing leaders; and an opportunity in small groups for people to reach their potential in Christ through corporate discipleship.
The cell church structure is the New Testament model Christ gave to the church to help her fulfill the Great Commission.
And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to
house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart (Acts 2:46)
Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ. (Acts 5:42)
Life Cells are an integral part of the vision of CityLight Church for pastoral care, edification and evangelism. Each cell is like a lighthouse in the community with the goal of drawing people to Christ. Our desire is that every member and regular attendee be part of a life cell. It is the way that we can connect and form meaningful relationships within the church.
